North Kesteven District Council Building Control Awards 2017 The Winners of the Best Extension or Alteration to an Existing Home are Transform Architects and Client / Builder Jim and Pat Bailey. A 1960s bungalow in Chapel Lane, Little Hale, was partly demolished and replaced with a glass expanse designed to maximise solar gain. The #bcawardwas won due to the scale of improvements and innovation.

Our new build contemporary house in Halifax has the velox floor beams for the upper floor installed ready for the pouring of the concrete, these floors will be solid and resistant to sound transfer. The next part of the project will be the lower floors.
