The Winners of the Best Extension or Alteration to an Existing Home are Transform Architects and Client / Builder Jim and Pat Bailey. A 1960s bungalow in Chapel Lane, Little Hale, was partly demolished and replaced with a glass expanse designed to maximise solar gain. The #bcawardwas won due to the scale of improvements and innovation.
