Moving Forward is a contemporary extension in Conservation Area – The vertical slatted western red cedar cladding has been installed with the grey through colour render behind, the existing concrete roof tiles have been relaid onto the pitched roofs, the aluminium fascias and soffits are progressing and the contrast between the old random coursed stone and the clean white render is coming together nicely. I cannot wait for the scaffolding to come down to reveal the extension.

Moving Forward is a contemporary extension in Conservation Area – The external through colour render system has been applied, the black aluminium windows have been installed, the black aluminium fascias are still being installed, the internal walls are plastered, the underfloor heating system is operational and the bulk of the internal tiling of the bathrooms is close to completion.

Moving Forward is a contemporary extension in Conservation Area – The block work is up to the roof level, the facing natural stone is complete, the stud walls have started to be erected, the grp roof has been installed, the insulation is being laid ready for the underfloor heating and the existing stone pitched roof tiles have been reset on new battens.

We are really pleased that one of our projects has been shortlisted for an LABC Award 2016 for “Best Individual New Home” category. This contemporary fully accessible disability new build dwelling with an indoor swimming pool was a pleasure to design and project manage from inception through to completion for a very special young client called Olivia.
