The dormers are being constructed to create more usable head room in the existing roof space and also take advantage of the amazing views out from this aspect of the existing dwelling.

The new opening for the aluminium windows are being formed in the lower section of the aperture we previously created and the central pier which will support the steel work is being formed.
The two new dormers will be formed next above the two new windows.

The works have started on this contemporary makeover of this existing substantial traditional house in Emley, West Yorkshire.
Transform Architects have been commissioned to create a new garden store / internal play room from an existing external space with internal and external alterations to form a new side / rear entrance space, w/c and cloaks along with restructuring the existing dining space and the internal design of the children’s bedrooms based on themes set by the client.
